When you sign up for my “Done-For-You” program here is what you get:

1. An initial meeting at your offices to discuss where you are, where you want to be, your customers, and your available resources.

2. Interviews with you, your customers, and your employees obtaining the information we need to start developing the correct programs to reach your goals.

3. Design of systems and recommended software and third party services

4. Implement new systems, train your staff, and monitor results from each program’s implementation.  Make needed changes depending on circumstances.

6. Twice monthly 60 minute private phone calls to discuss progress and resolve issues. 

7. Unlimited email access to me on issues related to implementation as we move forward.

8. Unlimited cell phone access to me on issues related to the implementation

9. A final wrap up call (or meeting depending on circumstances) to review all procedures and actions put into place, all processes documented and personnel and skill sets required to maintain all new systems.

10. 6 months unlimited email access to me on issues that may come up after implementation, and possible expansions or changes to programs.

11. 6 months of twice monthly 30 minute calls to discuss issues that may come up after implementation, and possible expansions or changes to programs.
